Dolly Oberoi is the owner and CEO of C2 Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of education, online learning, immersive technologies, air crew training, simulation & modeling, intel, and digital transformation solutions for the public and private sectors, as well as higher education institutions. With over three decades of experience in the field, she has pioneered and innovated immersive technology solutions, such as AR/VR/XR, 5G, LVC, Metaverse, and Digital Twins, to enhance human performance and create transformative learning experiences.

As an entrepreneur, she has grown C2 Technologies from a small start-up into an internationally recognized company with over 500 employees in 37 locations worldwide, serving more than 120 clients and completing more than 20,000 projects. She has also received multiple awards and honors, such as the GovCon Entrepreneur of the Year Award, NDIA Small Business Award, Women in Defense Award, Virginia Business Award, E&Y Finalist recognition, and the Minority Business Leader’s Award. In addition, she is passionate about mentoring, investing, and speaking on topics related to education, technology, and leadership. She serves on several academic and corporate boards, including the George Mason University Board of Visitors, the Barnard College Athena Center for Leadership Studies, and the TiE Global Board.
