Mr. Nitin P. Baviskar is an award-winning executive and seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in technical innovation and management excellence. He serves as the President and CEO of Pn Automation, a company recognized by INC Magazine and The Financial Times/Statista as one of America’s fastest-growing companies.

Under his leadership, Pn Automation has successfully delivered more than 250 projects spanning web, mobile, cloud, data warehousing, enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and network applications. The company proudly supports major Federal clients including the FDA, USAID, the Department of Defense, and the EPA, along with commercial customers such as Centene Corporation, CenterPoint Energy, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and many others.

Mr. Baviskar has led diverse teams across project management, software development, and enterprise solutions, with many of his initiatives widely adopted by industry-leading organizations.

Originally from India, Mr. Baviskar earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Information Technology before relocating to the Washington, DC area to join GE Financial. He later founded Pn Automation, blending technical innovation with a deep commitment to customer success. Beyond his accomplishments in the United States, Mr. Baviskar’s family operates several thriving businesses in India across agriculture, food and beverages, and information technology — including a major copacking operation for Bisleri, India’s leading bottled water brand, manufacturing and supplying nearly one-third of Bisleri’s distribution for the Mumbai region.
