Mr. Sudhir Raju
Sudhir Raju is a visionary leader and President of CTIS, a pioneering Health IT company headquartered in Rockville, MD. CTIS, over 30+ years, has provided innovative health IT solutions to streamline clinical trials research, improve patient outcomes and make communities healthier while reducing costs and generating operational efficiency.
A recognized authority in health informatics, Sudhir has led CTIS in delivering technology and services for federal and commercial clients, overseeing client delivery, technology, operations, and revenue functions. He has successfully steered solutions for total contract value exceeding $300 million, including the strategy, capture, and delivery of multi-year, $100M+ engagements. As principal investigator for the $100+ million National Cancer Institute (NCI) contract, Sudhir leads the development of the Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program’s Enterprise System (CTEP-ESYS), accelerating the speed and efficiency of cancer clinical trials for the world’s largest oncology research sponsor.
Sudhir’s leadership has earned him and his team multiple awards from NIH and NCI Directors, as well as recognition from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for their transformative impact on cancer research informatics. Prior to his current role, Sudhir held influential positions including EVP and Chief Health Informatics Officer/COO, VP and Chief Program Officer, and Director of Software Development Services, consistently building high-performing teams and delivering exemplary results.
Sudhir holds an MBA from Cornell University, a MS in Systems Management from University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe® Agilist and holds a certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Healthcare from MIT Sloan School of Management.
