Mr. Santosh Mathilakath
Until recently Santosh led Modumetal,inc an industrial technology company headquartered in Seattle, WA that focuses on innovations solving corrosion and wear resistance problems using nanotechnology in a variety of industrial applications including in automotive, energy, construction and defense sectors.
Prior to Modumetal Santosh was the CEO of LoneStar Group, a leading global provider of critical bolting and sealing products to oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation and renewable energy markets. With its headquarters in Wolverhampton UK, LoneStar Group operates out of 20 locations in eight countries and was backed by a leading private equity group.
Santosh has significant experience leading large divisions of publicly traded companies and mid-sized private equity or venture-capital backed enterprises with operations across the globe managing complex international supply chains. Before LoneStar Santosh held executive positions at National Oilwell Varco (NYSE: NOV), a Houston based energy services firm which served customers in all the major energy producing markets and operations in over 55 countries. He has also held several engineering and operations roles at Federal Signal, Bristol Compressors and Delphi Automotive Systems earlier in his career.
Santosh currently serves on the board of e2log, a SaaS company focused on disrupting the logistics orchestration space. He also served on the advisory board of Petroleum Equipment & Services Association (PESA), now called Energy Workforce and Technology Council, an industry trade and advocacy group. He previously served as a Director on the board of PESA. Santosh also serves on advisory boards of consulting firms focused on strategy and leadership and other industrial companies.
Santosh is passionate about delivering extraordinary results by building world class teams focused on agile strategies in quickly evolving environments. His 35-year career has included stints in manufacturing, engineering, quality, operations and supply chain management in automotive, general industrial and energy industries. Santosh is a mechanical engineer with graduate training in material science, design and manufacturing, and earned an MBA from Rice University.
