Krystle Veda Kaul is a NATO Advisor, global technology expert, policy strategist, and federal business development leader with over 20 years of experience. As the Founder & CEO of Krystle Klear Communications LLC, she advises high-profile tech and defense companies ranging from startups to major corporations like the Bank of New York Mellon and Intel on strategic messaging and business development with the Department of Defense.  
 
Krystle’s career includes exceptional roles such as Director of Strategic Communications at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (GS-15), communications lead for the US Air Force, and ODNI’s National Counterproliferation Center. She has also served multiple federal clients through Deloitte, Booz Allen Hamilton, and GDIT.  
 
Her expertise spans emerging technologies including AI/ML, 5G, IoT, smart cities, cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure. A global leader, Krystle has worked in 73 countries and is fluent in 9 languages. She brings a new lens to technical development, trade and innovation diplomacy.
