Chief Technology Officer, FMCSA U.S. Department of Transportation Washington, District of Columbia, United States

Pavan is the Chief Technology Officer at FMCSA, part of the U.S. Department of Transportation, where he has led a transformative digital shift in motor carrier safety over the past two years. With a background in the retail industry and international markets, Pavan brings a user-focused approach to technology, implementing platform and hardware independence for FMCSA’s digital tools used by thousands of enforcement authorities, motor carriers, and commercial drivers. A visionary leader, Pavan emphasizes the integration of people, processes, and technology to drive innovation and business value. He is also a keynote speaker and passionate about growing the next generation of leaders.

Srinivas “Srini” Attili,
Executive Vice President, Civilian Business Group at SAIC

Srinivas “Srini” Attili is the Executive Vice President of the Civilian Business Group at SAIC, a Fortune 500® technology integrator with $7.4 billion in annual revenue and 24,000 employees. In this role, he leads strategic planning, business development, and solution delivery for civilian government sectors, including healthcare, law enforcement, and transportation.

With a strong background in digital transformation and innovation, Attili previously worked at McKinsey & Company, where he spearheaded digital initiatives in healthcare, and at Deloitte, leading technology transformations for health and federal clients. He holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, a Master’s in Computer Science from NJIT, and multiple U.S. patents in business intelligence and data analytics.

Glenn Falcao

Mr. Falcao is an accomplished executive with over twenty years of experience in the telecom industry. Glenn is a prior venture partner with Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing top-tier private equity experience to the Venturepreneur team. As a Venture Partner of Venturepreneur Partners, Glenn focuses on creating and identifying investments in the communications sector.

He was most recently the Executive Vice President at Corvis Corporation, where he was a member of the executive team that took the company public raising over one billion dollars and achieving a market capitalization of over thirty billion dollars. Corvis’ IPO was one of the most successful in the telecom sector in 2000.
