Atlanta Council on International Relations hosted lunch for Indian Ambassador, His Excellency Harsh Vardhan Shringla on January 30th, 2019 in Atlanta.

Chairman Kumar was a special Head Table Guest

• Senators Cornyn and Warner hosted Congressional Reception for His Excellency Harsh Vardhan Shringla, the new Ambassador of India to the United States at the Capitol Hill on February 7th, which was attended by more than 70 senators and members of congress. IAICC National Chairman, KV Kumar said that it was the largest attendance by members of congress to welcome any Indian Ambassador.
• Following the reception, Ambassador Shringla hosted reception/dinner at his residence to Indian Americans which was attended by Ambassador Santosh Jha and senior Washington diplomats as well as the counsel generals from all over the country.
