Mr. Appen Menon, Esq. is a corporate attorney and a partner at Condon & Forsyth LLP, a law firm based in New York. He has been practicing corporate and banking laws for over 28 years. He has been actively associated with organizations that promote trade and commerce between United States and India. Appen Menon was an advisory member of the US Trade Mission organized by the US Department of Commerce in 2007. Previously, he was a Director and General Counsel of US Indian American Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he is associated with a number of for-profit and non-profit corporations. He advices various corporations and banks on legal matters.

Shankar Rachakonda

Shankar Rachakonda has over 30 years of experience in Management Consulting, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, Software Development and related areas. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Radiant Digital, a Washington DC Metro based provider of digital transformation delivery services. In his role he is responsible for setting the company’s strategy and growth agenda in key delivery areas of digital transformation to both commercial and federal customers. He also focuses on expanding the company’s operations in North America, India, and the Caribbean, both organically and through acquisitions.

Glenn Falcao

Mr. Falcao is an accomplished executive with over twenty years of experience in the telecom industry. Glenn is a prior venture partner with Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing top-tier private equity experience to the Venturepreneur team. As a Venture Partner of Venturepreneur Partners, Glenn focuses on creating and identifying investments in the communications sector.
He was most recently the Executive Vice President at Corvis Corporation, where he was a member of the executive team that took the company public raising over one billion dollars and achieving a market capitalization of over thirty billion dollars. Corvis’ IPO was one of the most successful in the telecom sector in 2000.

Kenneth A. Cutshaw, Esq.

Mr. Kenneth Cutshaw is an accomplished globalist assuming career leadership assignments in business, law, hospitality, academia and government. Cutshaw has functioned in leadership positions from the C-suite to the Boardroom to Operations to unit level Management. Cutshaw has served as CEO/ President of companies in several industries including global legal markets and restaurant groups. He serves on the Board of a global technology group doing business in 50 countries. He was a partner of a law firm for more than a decade where his practice focused on international transactions. He taught business and law courses at four universities over two decades.

Keth Ditthavong, Esq.

Mr. Keth Ditthavong concentrates his practice in patent preparation and prosecution as well as patent counseling. He has drafted hundreds of patent applications for domestic and foreign companies. Mr. Ditthavong has spoken on numerous panels on patent law and practice. He was formerly with the firms of Oblon, Spivak, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, P.C., and McDermott, Will & Emery.
Mr. Ditthavong worked as a Senior Systems Engineer in the area of voice and data communications with the Bell Atlantic Corporation (now Verizon), and as a Senior Member of Technical Staff with the MITRE Corporation.
